This January, UIP facilitated a G.R.A.C.E. program and at The Haitian Academy in Titayen, Haiti (12 miles north of Port-au-Prince).

Thanks to the generous support of individuals at our Newark fund raiser, we were also able to donate over 70 pounds of school supplies and basketballs as part of our "Operation Cooperation" initiative.

On January 12th, Haiti experienced a 7.2 magnitude earthquake, resulting in 100,000’s of deaths & injuries, destroying infrastructure, and ultimately putting the country in dire distress.

UIP’s personal involvement during this catastrophe has compelled us to maintain a close partnership with The Haitian Academy. We hope to build a sustainable partnership with the school, helping to rebuild the vision and create a positive learning environment for the children of Haiti.
